LEADERSHIP

BLV’s leadership team brings deep experience across defense operations, technology development, and program execution. With over three decades of combined military service and more than two decades supporting defense technology integration and fielding, the team provides a practical, mission-informed perspective on solving complex operational challenges.

This experience includes direct involvement in special operations and other high-demand mission environments—where reliability, simplicity, and performance are critical. That background informs how BLV approaches problem solving, ensuring solutions are grounded in real-world use and aligned with the needs of the end user.

BLV leadership combines operational insight with disciplined execution, bridging the gap between requirements, engineering, and fielded capability. The team has worked across the full spectrum of the defense ecosystem, including research and development, product commercialization, compliance, and program support.
